On August 12, 2018, Claire Akamanzi of Rwanda Development Board arrived at Arsenal stadium in London with her team to launch the team’s ”Visit Rwanda” publicity campaign. President Paul Kagame government paid US$40 Million to Arsenal for wearing on their sleeves ”visit Rwanda” as a means of attracting tourists. On arriving at Arsenal Stadium, Akamanzi decided to promote Kagame instead.😂
