Call the US and UK governments and tell them that:
1) Kagame’s regime assassinated Col. Patrick Karegeya, just as it has killed and continues to kill Rwandans;
ii) they have to ask Kagame to stop killing Rwandans;
iii) they should help establish an international mechanism to bring Kagame’s regime to account for these heinous crimes;
iv) they should immediately impose punitive sanctions on Kagame and his clique.
