On April 22nd 1995, Rwandan soldiers gunned down over 8,000 unarmed refugees in cold blood, mostly women and children in front UN Peace Keepers. Neither the Rwandan President Paul Kagame, commanding officer Gen Fred Ibingira or any other culprit have faced justice for these war crimes.
