According to the information in its possession confirming the kidnapping of its three members on 16th March 2014 in Uganda by Rwandan Dictorate of Military Intelligence (DMI) in coordination with Rwandan Embassy Military Attaché in Uganda Lt Col Burabyo and Lt Col Francis Gakwerere known in the recent assassination of late Col Karegeya ;
Taking into account the torture they are given to in Kami Military Camp in Kigali and that of another member Damien BAZIMAZIKI in a place of death called Gacinya House opposite OCIR-the office in Gikondo (Kigali), who was kidnapped as well on 18th March 2014 in Kigali ;
Alarmed by the continuous man-hunting of the Kigali regime against the members of opposition in Rwanda and throughout the world in order of fulfilling the plan of their extermination;
The Imberakuri Social Party (PS IMBERAKURI) calls the international community and the human rights organizations for immediate intervention to rescue its members as they still alive for any delay will find them already dead because of their bad detention conditions and the cruel tortures they suffer.
P S Imberakuri invite once again the UN, EU and all the countries which have diplomatic relationship with Kigali Government to take severe sanctions for it in order to force it to accept peace talks with the opposition in order to put end to the nonstop holocaust of the Rwandan children.
