The member associations of the Rwandan civil society in Belgium heard confirmation of the presence of dictator President Paul Kagame at EU – Africa Summit of April 2 to 3 and in collaboration with the exiled opposition political parties :
Call all Rwandans and friends of Rwanda living in Belgium and Europe to mobilize massively to this great event to show our anger and indignation of the European Union which calls on an individual weighing heavy loads of Crimes against the humanity or genocide.

The rally will be at Schuman 1-1040 Brussels before the European Union Wednesday, April 2 from 13:00 to 17:00.
