President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame hosted Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and his delegation for his birthday celebration on Monday, April 24. Muhoozi, who is Uganda’s senior presidential advisor in charge of special operations, previously announced on Twitter that he would celebrate his 49th birthday in Rwanda.
